2. About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Website use only. These terms govern access to and use of this website (including the enquiry form and any client information-request pages hosted here). They do not set the contract for paid consultancy services.
Paid consultancy. Scope, fees, deliverables and payment for paid work are governed by the accepted proposal and/or engagement agreement between you and us (for example after you confirm acceptance by email and we invoice). Nothing on this page alone creates that contract. TODO: publish standalone service/sales terms only if you later want a public template beyond the accepted proposal/engagement documents.
3. Using the website
You may use this site to learn about the consultancy and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, related systems or other users’ data;
- misuse forms or upload portals (including submitting malware or irrelevant bulk content); or
- copy, scrape or reuse substantial site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Client information-request links include a secret access key and an expiry. Do not share a link more widely than needed. Uploaded files are stored privately and downloaded only through authorised requests.
4. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep website information clear and up to date, but content may change and may not cover every situation. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or regulated advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use related to considering our services. You may not republish or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent, except where the law allows.
Materials we prepare for you under an accepted proposal or engagement agreement (for example a Plan of Action) are dealt with in that agreement, not solely by these website terms.
6. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party infrastructure (for example hosting and fonts). We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. See our privacy notice and cookies notice.
7. Liability
We provide the website on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of (or inability to use) the website, except where we cannot exclude liability by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law where those rights apply. Liability for paid consultancy, if any, is as set out in the accepted proposal or engagement agreement.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK.
